I love this place. You get to pick exactly what you want from a buffet of veggies and meat. There is an all you can eat option available. You give them your bowl and they cook for you. Delicious!

Wok on Fire offers all-you-can-eat and create your own Mongolian BBQ. That's all they offer and I appreciate the simplicity. You fill your own bowl with whichever fresh veggies, noodles, proteins, and sauces that you like, then they cook it in front of you on a flat wok. After its cooked you can add peanut crumble, sesame seed, additional sauces, and a scoop of white rice. You can accompany your hearty meal with the standard beverage selection. I didn't check recently but when I was there previously, they had a couple beers on offer as well. You literally pick everything that you want cooked, including the sauces, so you're in control of the nutrients and flavor. Worth noting: the chicken, and beef shavings that you can add to your bowl are frozen but I think that is pretty standard. They do offer shrimp as a protein later in the day. Making your own bowl only takes a few minutes, cooking only takes a few minutes per bowl as well. So if there is no line, you can enter and be eating well within 10 minutes. Typically the bowl is enough to take as left overs as well. Have frequently this place many times. Also, great hang over food.

I had a hair in my food and was able to remake it but had to wait in line again. Got 10% off for almost eating someone's hair. I only stayed because my family was eating. Also my husband had to get up and refill his own drink. Because the lady was standing and staring at the 2 girls cooking.
